To be drunk would dishonor God and not reflect his redemption of our whole lives.
He has left us here to live out our new citizenship as his redemptive agents. Not necessarily abstaining from everything that is abused... but redeeming all things for God-glorifying use.
And you can add years to your life in the process. Imagine that.
I'm a Christian following God's leading in my life and seeing how he wants me to serve him.
I love my wife, Christine, who has put up with me for 7 years now and makes life fun and never dull.
I love my two boys, Caden & Grffin, who remind me that life is exciting and meant to be explored from the dirt up. Our family is currently head-over-heels in love with our new baby girl Arley Christine who came on November 5.

Christians can drink wine, but should not get drunk.
I picked up a nice bottle of mead a week or so ago. Good stuff.
